Before confirming to fäm agents (Mahmoud and Medhat) that we will buy the unit they showed us, we said that the furniture is dirty and it needs to be cleaned (see the picture), they were enthusiastic to confirm that they can easily take care of it if we buy the flat, after purchasing the flat they offered us simple house mopping only, which we could have easily arranged ourselves, while the furniture actually needs deep cleaning. When we complained they changed the narrative and started saying that it’s a freebie, so they aren’t going to spend that money on it, as if they are doing it for charity, so we told them to keep their useless mopping, and we are arranging proper cleaning on our own.. lesson learnt; never fäm again!! review removed
